Default help...

Hello! I have ordered the book from the library because I don't have the extra $$ to spend on yet another diet book that doesn't work. I am wondering if anyone can kind of get me started until the book comes in. This sounds really good and I've been searching the recipe sites, but don't know enough about the plan to really get started.

Any help would be appreciated. thanks

Joanna

Welcome. I would suggest reading the sticky at the top of the forum Titled " "What is the Sonoma Diet". check out some of the sample recipes in the recipe area to give yourself an idea of the things people are eating.

Check out the Jan 20 issue of First magazine--you may well be able to find it at your library. They have an article on the diet in it, with basic info as well as visuals for Wave One. That & the info in this forum ought to be enough to tide you over until you get the book.
