Just read about this on the home page. I had been thinking about the mediterrian way of eating but read every where there was not enough information about different things. This looks like it will be more help.

My husband and I, both, need to lose about 20 or so pounds but need to do the exercise with it.
We live in the middle part of the USA THE LAND OF OZ. My biggest problem is lunch time working in a school. Smell that food is good but then when you see the food forget it most days.
