Long hot weekend! Not like I have to go back to work -everyday is Saturday

Went to Farmers Market on Sat. Bought carrots, english peas, zuchinni, vine tomatoes, spring onions and 2 corinader/cilantro plants.
Had some Black bean soup today-very good. Had a wrap tortilla, chicken lettuce tomato and salsa for lunch with the bean soup.
Dinner was beef flank steak, broccoli, and fresh peas with 3 wasa crackers.

The last few days were good (since I ate up all the snacks last week)

Oh and I had strawberries-yum

I was at the hospital wednesday and thursday and lets just say hospital food is not sonoma approved but then again I wasnt hungry so I ended up loosing 2 more pounds.

Today is back to normal:

B: 2 toast and peanut butter
L: pad thai
D: steak and a green salad no dressing.

No exercise, I am still too weak.

Zofia hope your hospital trip got resolved with good outcome. It is hard to eat away from home isn't it.

I had my fish the other night. Fine but I was up at 3am making popcorn-sigh.

Today I had a omlette with canadian bacon, mushrooms and cheese.Wheat bread

I tried making red wheat berries but did not soak them overnight. Boiled and boiled -still crunchy as you may image.

Ping you need to tell us more about the wedding.I love a good wedding story.

I had to Walk Backwards on my ticker. The 222 didn't stick and I am at 224 still. Hope this week goes better. I am going to stick to chicken for dinner and a wrap for lunch. Probably have the breakfast omelette that seems to last the longest.

don t worry 2 bees it happens sometimes. as long as you stick to it tey eventually stick. I was between 205 and 202 for the past 3 weeks and I finally saw 201 this morning. Just make a little change like maybe less carbs one day or 10 mins more at the gym. It makes such a huge difference when you get a plateau!

Hospital is solved. Not that I am going to exposed my whole life (well i do that for a living im a public speaker on hidden disability) but I have an anxiety disorder which has been under control for the past 5 years but since April I restarted having really bad panic attack and I went into shock wednesday night so I was hospitalize to be under watch in case of a stroke.

im okay now
