I just joined LAWL on Friday and am so excited already! I did the fast forward sunday and monday and lost 4 pounds

I go back in tomorrow for my second weigh in and sure hope I lost more! I am finding that it's a lot of food to eat though, I work from 11:30a.m. to 9p.m. so I take all my meals with me except for breakfast, right now I am eating my salad for dinner but still have one la lite an apple and an orange to go...

somehow I have to work this out to get it all in the counselor told me. I have never been a big eater, I quit smoking last June then got hit with early premenopause so i got a double whammy....thats where I got the weight from
