I thought I'd ask if anyone here exercises in a pool. Such as water aerobics, laps, etc. I am going to start a class soon. ( I keep saying that - I guess I should set a date for "soon" lol) AND...worst of all that means I have to wear a bathing suit in a public place!

I don't even have one right now.
It actually has been recommended to me by my doctor for health/mobility reasons.
The question I have is - having done "water exercise" did any of you notice a difference in your weight loss? My sister-in-law was going faithfully for a couple of months, and didn't notice a difference. (mind you she doesn't have alot to lose)
Funny...in re-reading my post I think more than looking for people who have lost (cuz I KNOW I have to go..) I think I'm looking for a little push to make myself go. I'm so NOT looking forward to it. I sound like a little kid who needs to take their medicene and just wont...lol
