Thanks for the welcome! My problem is I don't eat much during the day, but snack late at night while I'm sitting her surfing the web or what have you. And the snacks are like Little Debbie Snack Cakes and stuff. But today, I actually started. I ate breakfast which consisted of a slice of toast with a teaspoon of butter (not fat free or low fat because I haven't been to the store yet) a fruit bowl and a bottle of water, for a total of 150 calories and 4 grams of fat. I didn't count the other stuff. But I'm excited. I'm printing out exercises now and after I'm done eating and checking all this stuff out, I'm going to do my morning exercises.
