Hi my name is Konnie, I live in NJ and I really need to get motivated in losing weight. I weigh 220lbs and I want to lose 60-65lbs. I have never been overweight but now I am and it stops me from doing things. All my friends are smaller than me. I'm constantly looking at myself when I am out with them bc I am the big girl out of the bunch. It is time for me to make a change. Anyone have any ideas where I should start? I am open to all suggetions. I have a treadmill, exercise bike, and an ab lounge. None of which I currently use! Won't someone please help me to help myself!!!
