Another Newbie
Hi my name is Konnie, I live in NJ and I really need to get motivated in losing weight. I weigh 220lbs and I want to lose 60-65lbs. I have never been overweight but now I am and it stops me from doing things. All my friends are smaller than me. I'm constantly looking at myself when I am out with them bc I am the big girl out of the bunch. It is time for me to make a change. Anyone have any ideas where I should start? I am open to all suggetions. I have a treadmill, exercise bike, and an ab lounge. None of which I currently use! Won't someone please help me to help myself!!!

First day of my new life!
As of today I am going to live my life a lot different I plan on exercising and not eating until i'm uncomfortably full. Today is the 1 st day of my new life. I have never spoke out loud of how I FEEL SO UNPRETTY! I am going to stop feeling like a fat pig and take control of it today!:carrot::ebike:
