Cool New today From the northeast
Hi...Iam starting today at 172 with a goal of 135....Iam 5'8" and a new gramma...Wish me luck....

I started in January at 173 with a goal of 135. I am also 5'8" (but only a Mom, not a gramma!). Best of luck to you!
