Stuck to it again yesterday and have been rewarded with another pound gone! On to today:
  • 3 large turkey sausages w/honey mustard
  • Lean Cuisine garlic chicken and parmesan spinach meal
  • mixed nuts (1/2 cup or less!)
  • 3 fat-free hotdogs (no buns) with ff mayo and bbq sauce

I'm being slow on the water today. It's about 10am, and I'm usually on my second liter by now, but I'm just now finishing my first. Meh, as long as I get at least 2 in before I leave the office at 3, I'll be happy

I did it! I did it! I stuck to yesterday! Well there were no sweet potato fries with dinner but I had my gramma over (her boston and keiko had lots of fun!) and I made her Salmon, boiled potatoes and fresh snap peas - it was tatsey! And then I gave her a nanaimo bar for dessert and I didn't eat one! yaaaah!

Here is to another great day!

B- 1 frozen banana with a bit of chocolate syrup; Cinnamon Rasin Bread with a little bit of light margarine
S- tea (regular or maybe chai mmm found it yesterday tastey!)
L- 3 dill pickles; 3 Ryvita Light Rye Crispbread with a bit of light herb and garlic cream cheese and 3 slices of deli chicken meat; 1 cup of Campbell's Gardennay Golden Autumn Carrot soup
S- 15 strawberries
D- hamburger (with whole wheat bun, fat free cheese slice, hot peper relish (sooo good) and mustard); few sweet potato fries (can't wait to try them!)

I might go for a 30 min walk today to this pet store in the town I work in (never been there, wanna check it out)... I think Keiko needs some new toys!

looks like I am going to quiznos for lunch today, so the soup will be replaced with a side salad but I will probably still eat my crispbread with cream cheese and meat because it is already made and I dont want to throw it away! Salad has less calories then soup anyway, haha
