Hope you don't mind me starting this up today, kateful. I noticed it wasn't here, point me to it if I'm just being blind!
I've got a bit of a morning planned and a bit of afternoon, so I've planned my meals and exercise and so far I'm sticking to it.

Hubby's at a job interview so lunch is up in the air, but in my mind I'm thinking "grilled chicken salad".
Exercise: 30 min treadmill
B: chicken Baja rice
tea
S: Fuji apple
peanut butter
L: don't know yet!
D: lean ground beef w/ tomato sauce
broccoli & cauliflower mix
strawberries&kiwi w/ light whipped cream
11 Superfoods, even with not knowing what lunch is yet. There'll be another half hour of treadmill in there somewhere, when I can fit it in.
How's everyone else doing?
