I Started September 10, 2005. I started with "The Special K Challenge " by Kelloggs cereal. Then I moved to South Beach Diet and now to Slimfast. In whatever plan I am on I always count my calorie intake. I try to stay under 1200 calories a day. Sometimes I have to force myself to eat when I find my calorie intake is just too low.
Plus like you said I like to dance around the house to all kinds of music

Silly but it is my main form of exercise right now. The ideal of dancing all the time came from me watching Richard Simmons video's. But since I am always on the go and running after two kids and school I needed to find something I could do even when I had no time for DVD/Television. So I first started doing the dancing with the Richard Simmions video but it was more fun just moving my body any way I wanted to. I get pretty worked up and winded when I really start dancing. When I first started I would just pace the floor

Now I twirl around, jog, and shake my tail while I dance

I also sometimes dance with soup cans as added weights.
