I have looked all over in NZ for a Richard Simmons DVD/Video ... but he isnt in NZ!! Boo Hooo .. I think he is fabulous!! I know some ppl take the mickey out of him .. but I think he is fantastic .. I remember seeing him on our TV when I was younger and thought isnt he great! I went looking for him when I was looking for some exercise tapes etc for me to do at hom .. very annoying .. might have to look on ebay to see if I can find something.
Great work hun ... I think its actually a good idea to keep changing your meal plans too .. keeps jolting your metabolism into doing things I think ... Im gonna stick with JC til the end of the year ... then will see what other ones there are .. or by then hopefully I will be eating better on my own ... never heard of the South Beach plan until I came on here .. will just have to see how things go .. but you definitely make it easier to believe in
