Tuesday Planning Thread

  • Breakfast - steel cut oats w/blueberries, raspberries and walnuts

    Snack - 2% milk cheese stick with triscuits

    Lunch - turkey sammich on 8 grain bread w/avocado, tomato, lettuce, light mayo, apple

    Snack - carrots

    Dinner - penne pasta bake w/lean ground beef, some kind of veggie, maybe asparagus

    Water - 2 liters+

    Exercise - Spinning for 1 hour at gym before work this morning .

    Last night's sauteed spinach and cherry tomatoes went down well with DH, I just have to make sure I don't cook it every night .

    I need decent food! So until I slip out to get some .... I'm having a shake for breakfast and taco salad for supper .... and I dunno what in between.
  • Breakfast - 1 egg, sunny side; 1 cup rice milk with 2 weetabix biscuits; grapes
    Lunch/Snack - Slimfast
    Dinner - 1/3 c organic granola with berries and 1/2 c rice milk
    After work mini-meal - 2 turkey/swiss roll ups.

    Exercise - 30 minutes cardio and 20 minutes (or more) strength training.

    snack: grapes
    lunch: lean fozen dinner
    snack: celery and salsa
    supper: beef stew

  • Here I am! After a weekend of not planning... I didn't do too bad, but I should of done better!

    B- instant oatmeal
    S- coffee and a banana
    L- sandwitch (whole wheat bread, mustard, deli turkey breast, fat free cheese slice); thinsations
    S- cherries and yogurt
    D- no idea

    I think I might cut back to 4L of water. And my exercise is taking the puppy up and down the stairs to go pee, haha.

    Ok so last night after my planned snack I ended up eating some cantalope and also some f.f cottage cheese w/ blueberries... So much for just one evening snack...

    B: 6oz low carb f.f yogurt, 1 med apple, 5 strawberries and some blueberries

    L: turkey breast sandwich w/ light miracle whip spinach tomato mustard on w.w light bread, baby carrots w/ 1 wedge of laughing cow lgt. cheese

    S: 1/2 kashi granola bar, 1 piece sargento light f.f sting cheese

    D: 3oz of tuna, steemed green beans

    S: 1/2c oats w/ splenda, berries, 1/4c egg beaters all nuked together

    Workout: 1hr of cardio step class tonight. It is going to be HOT!!!!
  • B-almonds, ry krisp&goat cheese
    L-minestrone, salad, esspresso
    D-eggs, spinach, feta
  • B - 2 slices wholegrain toast w/peanut butter, homemade blueberry muffin, white coffee
    S - strawberry yogurt, white tea
    L - WW Chicken Risotto
    S - Miso soup
    S - Mixed vegies (sugar snap peas, green & yellow capsicum, cherry tomatoes, carrots)
    D - 2 x crumbed fish w/oven baked wedges, 1tbsp WW mayo
    S - Jarrah hot choc, 1 piece 70% dark choc

    Water - 2lt
    Exercise - Body Balance class (1hr) (still deciding?)
