Breakfast - steel cut oats w/blueberries, raspberries and walnuts
Snack - 2% milk cheese stick with triscuits
Lunch - turkey sammich on 8 grain bread w/avocado, tomato, lettuce, light mayo, apple
Snack - carrots
Dinner - penne pasta bake w/lean ground beef, some kind of veggie, maybe asparagus
Water - 2 liters+
Exercise - Spinning for 1 hour at gym before work this morning

Last night's sauteed spinach and cherry tomatoes went down well with DH, I just have to make sure I don't cook it every night
