I've been doing WATP for almost 7 months now and have been picking up new workouts here and there because they are working and I actually enjoy them - most days

I just ordered the Evening Mile plus Legs. Does anyone use this workout? I'm hoping that I can add this in at night at least some nights to give a little boost to my weight loss since I've been on a plateau for way too long and it's getting annoying
I'm a SAHM of 3, a 12, soon to be 13 ACK! year old boy, a 7 year old boy and a 3 yo girl. My DH works night shift so come school time it gets really hectic but I'm still hoping that I can squeeze one more workout in somehow. Any thoughts as to this video? May even break out an old 1 mile or two and give them a whirl at night. Just don't want to get too stinky, sweaty again. It's hard enough finding time for one shower a day some days LOL
