I've been doing WATP since January and love, love, love it

I have the set you mentioned the 1, 2 & 3 express and they were really good starting points for me. I worked my way up to the 3 mile in time. I just count my miles as whatever the workout calls itself, kwim? If it's a 2 mile I consider that I walked 2 miles. My Walk & Jog Leslie states in the video that it is equivalent to 2 1/2 miles so that's what I log. I'm doing just the 4 mile workouts and the Walk & Jog now because the others are actually to easy for me now, but in the beginning they were definitely challenging enough and the 4 miles and the interval jogging are absolutely still an amazing cardio workout for me now. And I'm very overweight, so to have gotten to a point that I can say the 1, 2 and 3 miles just aren't "enough" says a whole lot about how I've become more conditioned and fit using these workouts!
