I recently starting jogging again and have been having trouble with shin splints, even from walking to classes too... I used to get them in high school when I played soccer and they would tape them, but it never seemed to do much good. They are really quite bothersome now and since I don't have axcess to a gym until late august to use an eliptical this is my best mode of exercise right now.
Any suggestions? Stretches? Shoes? Ideas?
