
Ok, guys - I have made a new FitDay account, bought a brand new electronic scale today, an Ab Lounge, and loaded up the fridge with lots of great, healthy, whole foods and am ready to continue counting calories!
I started counted calories May 16th and have lost ~9lbs already just due to eating less calories.
Is there a female out there who is 5'8" and weighs around 170lbs that wants to be my diet-buddy? We could motivate eachother and check in to see how are progressing.
