need a cal-counter diet-buddy!
;) Ok, guys - I have made a new FitDay account, bought a brand new electronic scale today, an Ab Lounge, and loaded up the fridge with lots of great, healthy, whole foods and am ready to continue counting calories!
I started counted calories May 16th and have lost ~9lbs already just due to eating less calories. :carrot: Is there a female out there who is 5'8" and weighs around 170lbs that wants to be my diet-buddy? We could motivate eachother and check in to see how are progressing. I am 26. If so, let me know! :D |

Hi-
I am 5'2", 165 lbs currently- walking 2 x's a day and counting calories. I work in radio (living the radio dream, baby!) and am really committed to changing my health for the better. Let me know- either way, you are on the right track! :) http://www.3fatchicks.net/img/bar-st...4/125/165/.png |

Hey guys...I just decided today to go back to calorie counting. I think it's the easiest way to go after trying many other plans. Is there a good sight to look up calories of certain foods that anyone knows of? Oh, I am 5'2" and 207 lbs.
thanks! |
Try Fitday.com...
Hi-
A lot of us use Fitday.com. You enter the info, and it does the work for you. I am on the run all day, so I keep a little notebook and write down what I have eaten - then I enter it into fitday.com before dinner. Then I know how many calories I have left for dinner and evening snack. i have also become really educated about how many calories are in the foods we eat and what a "normal" portion size is by using fitday. Plus- you can enter your activities, and it shows you how much of the extra weight you have burned and how much activity you need to do to reach goal. Give it a shot- it is free (one of my favorite words!) and it's easy! |
I just checked it out and it is pretty cool. Thanks Haapigirl!
