Okay now that school is out and I have the summer to workout I need to make a schedule. I bought the FIRM body system 3 and have been doing them 3x a week. I like going to the gym, but get bored with the cardio stuff and dont know what to do on the machines. I need to tone my arms/shoulders and tighten up my glutes and legs. Any ideas on what i can do. I am 8lbs shy of my goal.
I didn't know what to do with the machines either at first. I got a lot of help from the books Winning by Losing by Jillian Michaels, the Dummies book on Weight Training, and websites like Stumptuous.com and Body for Life
