Default new to site

hello,

got the site details from a lovely lady ay Edmonton's linking parents site. Just moved to Canada from the UK. I have a 2 1/2 year old who was concieved after a 5 year battle with Endometriosis and she is still Br - mainly for comfort and sleep ie nap/nighttime...

would like to try for a 2nd but need to lose weight to help the hormones and also feel better.

hope you girlies can help me with advice and support.

no idea on plans... have hubby and toddler so want to cook properly ie right potion sizes etc but real fresh food (meat/fish eaters) dont want to be counting calories or points.

I love bread so need a way around that - its taken my 34 years to deal with my OA tendencies but i still have bad days.

Switch to whole grain breads and simply try not to keep it around anymore than necessary. I've gotten into the habit of always having restaurants keep the bread off my order. If it's in front of me, I'm gonna eat it. I absolutely love bread.

Hi and welcome to the forum. I use Sara Lee Delightful whole wheat bread, it is low-cal and low-carb. Good luck and best wishes.
