As for what I am "doing"... well, I've learned by trial & error that I cannot give up my favorite foods. So I've learned
portion control. I've also learned that no matter what I eat or don't eat or how much I eat or don't eat,
if I cannot or do not exercise, I will be fat.
I have also learned that the more fresh fruit I eat, the less I crave candy, cookies, cakes, sodas, etc. And the more fresh veggies I eat, the more I like them.
That's what I've learned so far!

Hoping to learn how to KEEP the weight off... which is seemingly my biggest obstacle.
