Thanks you all! - I'm not sure "congrats" are in order tho... I have lost/gained/lost 30-40 pounds in my adult life, at least 5 times *gulp!* ... I was 138 last September, now I'm 158... but I was 178 a couple years ago. I would like to lose the weight and KEEP it off.... keeping it off seems to be my problem.
Anyway, I hope to become a regular poster here & hopefully get some good advice/support & offer some of my own. Thanks for the welcome mat! :D |
