I am once again turning my attention to this WW Program - seems I am always on this road come August as I feel a renewed sense of taking care of myself once school starts - I have been on program all week - however I know I need help in "staying true" to myself and the program - I hate going to meetings and have been unable to find a meeting locally that makes me want to stay so I find I go weigh in and then leave - if I need support or encouragement I tend to turn to 3 FC and WW Board - my question is-has anyone tried ON LINE Program from WW? What do you think if you have?
