Default BFL- abs question.

BFL is so good at giving us precise instructions for every other body part, but when we do abs, what is the rep count? I just did 20 of 2 different exercises, but didn't see any recommendation in the BFL-W book. Does anyone know, or have a recommendation?

FRAN - Thanks for the Whey Protein ideas, I agree with you on that but it isn't going to hurt me either if it has expired.

As for the abs, I don't remember the ab count either, but have gotten into a habit of doing about 3 different types of crunches, leg lifts, or any of about 7 ab workouts and do sets of 20 reps. My goal is to work the whole region mostly for the benefits to my back. (I have a heavy neice, who loves to jump up and down and I need to be in good shape for that baby)

Thanks Liza, so does this mean 6 sets of one of these exercise (or 3 sets of 2 of them) and each time do the various reps, resting one minute in between?

Is that what you got from it? I think doing one for 6 sets would be gruesome, 2 or 3 different moves is better.

I read that section like this.

Floor Crunches, 12x, 10x, 8x, 6x with the rests

Cable Crunches, 2 sets of 12, no rests.

Now this is not what I have been doing but feel confident that the above is the intention.

In fact, today I skipped abs, maybe later and did a lot of stretching.
