Anybody know the ingredients in a packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix? I made a low-fat dressing out of the packet, LF mayo, LF buttermilk, and NF plain yogurt and it's good, I just don't know if there's bad stuff in the mix.
Ingredients
Dry Mix:
1 tsp (5 ml) garlic powder
1 tsp (5 ml) onion powder
2 tsp (10 ml) dried parsley leaves
4 tsp (20 ml) dried chives
To use:
3/4 cup (175 ml) real mayonnaise (not dressing)
1 cup (225 ml) buttermilk or sour cream
1 tbsp (15 ml) dry mix
