I am new to the board and need all the support I can get. I recently entered the biggest loser competition at our local YMCA and have no choice but to stay motivated. I meet with a personal trainer 3 times a week and am trying to make myself go 2 a day as well. I am only in the first week of 8 and can tell I am already getting tired. I have over 100 lbs to lose and often look at that and convince myself that it is impossible. So anyone who wants to be buddies I would love the support.
