Welcome girls! I am 25 and a mother of 5. I need to lose about 80 lbs..but instead of thinking of it that way (because it seems so out of reach) I am thinking about it 10-15 lbs goals at a time. I excercise every day (30-45 min sometimes more) and I watch what I eat and drink lots of water...dont really do the diet thing..because if I want something I eat it..I just work out harder that day....

I would like to email someone regularly to inspire me and stay on track and I do the same for them. I am not finding this site easy to find what I lost did and how to get a response.
