Hello everyone! I am new here and I just wanted to give a little bit about myself. I am a 20 year old college student. I am 5'4" and 155 pounds. My whole life I was thin, until I started working at McDonalds. The combo of too much fast food and not enough exercise made me gain almost 40 pounds!
So now I am here to take it off. I would love to get back down to a healthy and slim, 110, but I am going to take it in baby steps. First work on getting under 150, then 140, then 130, then 120. If I think too much about the final goal it will seem overwhelming, so if I break it down it seems very do able.
This place seems awesome and I hope I have tons of fun here.
Hi! I'm new here also. But I can tell you that this place is extremely motivating and supportive.
I work at a pizza place & even though most of the time I completely despise pizza (just because I'm around it so much) it is still a huge temptation with all the fattening food around...so I know how you feel.

Yup, I worked at Little Caesar's for over 2 years so I totally understand this. I love your color scheme, and your strategy of going a little bit at a time! That certianly makes it seem more do-able.
