Hi! I'm new to the form also and I agree that it has a very motivating atmosphere. Everyone is so nice and supportive.
I noticed that we have similar stats...I want to get down to 145 by the time I start college this coming fall.
Do you have a certain plan that you are following? All I'm doing right now is trying to eat healthier and exercise more....and drink lots of water. It's something that I know I can stick with.
