Hey! Sorry I didn't respond earlier, I went to the gym

for the second day in a row, that's like a record for me, as sad as that is. My roomie (a deathly thin girl by nature

) and I normally do pilates once a week but I'm really motivated to lose as much flab as I can and add as much muscle tone as I can by mid-May and bathing suit season.
It's great to be buddied up with someone who's new too, we can learn together

I don't have a ton of experience either but some, I'd love to try and help you reach your goal while I try to reach mine

Anyway, as far as plans go... I'm not on an actual diet plan, I'm just calorie and fat gram counting and trying to exercise (cardio and/or pilates) everyday. It's seemed to work so far. How's South Beach working for you? Do you like it? Which one is that, exactly? Anyhow, I'm excited to be dieting with you!
