Hey Everybody - I just want to say hi! I'm a newbie on this board, but I've been lurking for awhile.
I started the SB back in Oct and I lost about 17 lbs by December - then I went home to California for a month and gained about half back
I've been back in Mexico City since mid-January, and while I have been exercising pretty regularly, I've been eating WHATEVER I FEEL LIKE, WHENEVER I FEEL LIKE... ! Since I don't have a car, I have a pretty active lifestyle (walking alot, catching the bus, the subway, etc), plus I do Spinning 3 times a week, and I think all of that is helping me maintain (or lose VERY slowly)...
But I want to get back on TRACK!! This Monday, I went back to the SB, only I think I'm actually doing half SB and half calorie counting. I'm bascially going to use what I learned in SB from before, and count calories to make sure, and not freak out if I have a little bit of sugar...
I'm 31, I think I'm a 12, and I want to get to 150lbs. My mini-goal is 15 lbs lost, hopefully in 3 months!
I'd love to have buddies, especially anyone my age with similar goals! We can also chat on MSN, if anyone wants... !!!
