Hi, I am joining this forum because I feel like I have no other options. My weight has been up and down since I turned 30 (I am 42 now). I am no stranger to hard workouts, but then something happens . . . I lose no weight OR I'll lose it (i've gone all the way down to a size 4) and then it seems almost overnight the weight creeps back!
I am now 155 lbs (again!). I've joined the gym and have been going for about 4 weeks now, 5 days a week, working out for 2 hours a day.

I see no progress. Now. . I've gotten sick (a cold or something and feel like crap). I haven't been to the gym in 2 days (guilty feelings). What is wrong with me? I was on a roll!
Anyway, don't want to sound like a nutcase, but I am completely frustrated. Is anyone out there feeling like me?
I need a buddy.
