Fit To Gether. net- Opinions?
Hello,
I am going to up the weight portion of my work out to incorporate more leg work ( right now I just do squats)... as I was doing my homework, I came to realize that the scale is not the holy grail. Yeah, I want to lose weight, but what's the point of weighing 140 but still having a good amount of body fat?
Because I can't afford to get a body comp done, somewhere on 3FC I found this site... fit.to.gether.net, and it has a body comp thing on it where you measure yourself and put the amounts in.... I did it myself which may ( and probably isn't ) not be accurate, but it's a starting point for me...
My question: How accurate can that be? Isn't body comp rather individualized? I am not liking the number I see, but if it's close to my reality, so be it, but I am just curious about other people's experiences with this site or w/ methods of body composition and fat percentages..
