
Hello Everyone, I am back after being a memeber for a very short time.

I am trying to really lose some weight this time. I haven't really tried anything for any long length of time and I haven't dieted much throughout my life, so it is a new step for me. I work in an environment that requires alot of standing and the pain I am feeling is getting to be unbearable and I have zero energy.
This week I have cut out soda entirley and increased my water intake. I also have switched to a better breakfast and lunch. Dinner is a little tricky, I feel like I am eating less, but I do not want to eat meals separately from my family. Is there a good online calorie counter that can help me stay at about 1500 calories? I am a bit of a techie and would like to use my excel program to help me count calories.
I am looking to help establish some friendships. I love my husband and my mom alot, and I like work, but I would like to keep it at work. I feel like I need to reconnect to women my age, and I am hoping this will help.
