Never give up! Never surrender!

You have to keep trying, and trust yourself, tell yourself you can do it. Make time for yourself, get your kids to eat healthy so they will not be fat. Try carot sticks and celery sticks with ranch sauce for snacks. Also, eat apples, strawberries, bananas, grapes, etc. Try whole wheat bread instead of white bread. Don't eat sugary or high fat fried foods. Drink lots of water. If you can't exercise regularly, try to get some exercise on the weekends. Depend on your friends for encouragement. Lucky for me I'm not married and I don't have kids, have nothing to do but lose weight. And hang out on the internet.
