Default Broken record....newbie

Hello just introducing myself. I am 25 okay 24 will be 25 in a few weeks. any way on with my story

it all started long long ago in a galaxy far far away. okay maybe not that long ago. but anyway i have one son who will be 2 in april. before i was pregnant i had lost close about 35lbs. and then after he was born i gained it all back. ok maybe not all of it but most of it and have not been able to lose it again and that is one thing that i really want to lose. My husband has been very supportive but i think he is starting to get frustrated right along with me. I do good lose about 5 paounds then a week later i gain it all back.

i have not work a 40 hour week in a year and i am not kidding. they are generally 45- 53 hour weeks sometimes 58 hour weeks. so my time is very limited. especially with my husband working second shift and i work first.

very long winded i am sorry

Welcome.
I totally feel your frustration. I am married, 33 with a 2 year old. I also put in a lot of hours at work. Well that is at the office and then each day I go home to my second job where I have to cook, clean and entertain a 2 year old. My husband is very supportive however he works 60+ hours a week. Its not easy finding time for yourself, but I'm trying.
Good Luck on your weight loss and hang in there.

If you loose the weight once, it means you can loose it again. Trust in yourself and love yourself. Practice disclipline, and try to get at least half an hour of exercise. Drink plenty of water, and eat more fresh fruits and vegetables. You have to make time for yourself.
