It's put out by Shape magazine, and it's full of exercises for women. It has lots of exercises to be done with free weights, as well as some yoga/pilates exercises. It's great, because the book is divided up by body part, such as abs, shoulders, chest, arms, etc., and there is a tab for each one so you can flip right to it.
I haven't had too much time to look through it yet, but I think it's going to be helpful. Pictures of everything--I need something like that!
