Welcome to the boards! Good job on your new start

We have similar stats and goals.
I guess I started hmmm..around June. Difficult to say because I didn't really wake up one day and decided to lose weight, just decided to start eating better and things evolved from there. Added walking in the Fall and then weights + more serious cardio at the end of November.
I'm pretty happy with the results so far

Of course, the scale could move a little faster some weeks but it doesn't matter, I just feel good doing what I'm doing so I don't stress about the scale too too much

Ok I lied, sometimes I do stress about it but I am not letting it distract me from my goal, which is to be healthy first and foremost. I am bigger than the scale and I know it is more afraid of me than I am of it.
