Training for 50 Mile Bike
I am planning on biking in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation's ride in september. I"m torn between the 45 mile and the 63, however that isn't important. I'm training as though I'm going for 63.
I am in good physical condition, and work out daily, however, I'm wondering if there is anything I should be or should not be doing. Should I focus on cardio instead of stregth? Will doing leg presses, etc, hinder me in my riding? I'm so excited to do this, but kinda freaked too.
