Question Tilapia recipe???

Hi. The only fish that I like is tilapia and I was wondering if anyone had a sonoma recipe for this? I didnt see one in teh recipe forum. Thank you.

I was also wondering how bad it is to eat 2 southbeach cookies a day to help curb my sweet tooth. Im thinking of starting over to rid me of my recent sugar cravings again.

Wave 1 - cookies are a definate no no. They are essentially empty calories and even on Wave 2 and beyond, are intended to be a very rare treat... not every day and not even every week.

Any recipe that uses a white fish would work with tilapia.. I recommend going to allrecipes.com and typing in tilapia in the search box. Lots will come up. Just make it Sonoma friendly.

From the recipe forums -The spinach salmon can be made w Tilapia, and the broiled salmon pesto can be made w tilapia.

I just posted a few tilapia recipes that I like a lot in the recipe forum.

Tilapia is pretty much the only fish I like, too--I think it's because it doesn't really taste very fishy.
