New to this plan, but have the book coming soon. Just wondering what do you all eat if you get a craving for something sweet. Maybe fruit or angel food cake maybe? Just wondering..thanks..barb
Fruit or an occasional square of dark chocolate is what I have. Once you get out of the habit of eating sweet things, you will be pleasantly surprised how sweet a dish of blueberries can be.
Traditional sweets such as cakes, cookies and ice cream are to be used an occasional treat.. not daily or even weekly.
Thanks a bunch. I should be getting my book any day now. I ordered the book from walmart.com and then thought it was probably just another diet book failure and god knows I don't need anymore lol. Well I took it back to walmart store and got my money, but I recently joined a book club and got it for free so Im gonna give it a try. Ive tried everything else and why not this one too...hope it works..barb
