I'm in SC too. As far as the energy goes, try to make sure that you are getting enough protein. That's one of my problems. Now, if you're just needing a kick in the butt - I definately have that problem - the only thing I can say is make yourself do it. I find that once I start, it goes pretty quickly and most of the time I feel better after. It's just getting there that's hard for me. Good luck!
