I think dancing is so fun even though I SUCK at it. Anyone know of a good video that teaches you how to dance? That I could use for some fun exercise? Pop dancing, country, ballet, I don't care, just something!
check out www.collegevideo.com they have a whole bunch and you can watch little samples and see if it looks like something for you. This week I got Kukuwa which is like African dancing and I really like it.

I think that should be www.collagevideo.com . I've bought from them before, and they're a great company to deal with.
I have "Dance off the Inches", and I like it a lot. I'm in no means a dancer, but this will help you learn a few moves that you can carry over in to more advanced dvds sometime in the future! Plus, it's just fun! And GOOD cardio!
I have some bellydancing videos that are really fun. I don't know the name, but the instructors are two black-haired twins. They have exercise or dance videos and they are both a good workout, plus it makes you feel really comfortable in your body. It's an especially good workout for your shoulders, abs and calves (works your muscles in really unusual ways).
Swingchick - the bellydancing twins are Veena and Neena. They have a set of 4 beginners tapes that I have which are fun yet very accessible.
I just got a new one of theirs called Indi Hip-Hop which is pretty fun. I am not at a point I can do much hopping, so I need to modify a bit (OK, a good bit), but I like the way they put together moves into small routines.
