Hi poiuygirl6 did you read all the posts,boy some people have great will power (or should it be will not power), Me I know that I eat sweet things to try to make me feel better , but as you know it only work while its in your mouth.I have been working at only haveing small amouts of my Favorite treat (cadbury dairy milk chocolate) and I only allow myself to have it if I feel good not while I’m upset ,I have slipped up but I'm working at it. good luck to you,we are all working at being the person we will be happy with .Butter Ball No More
