Default Down 6 pounds!

I should be more excited. I am glad but I did think it would be more by now. Silly of me, I think. I am happy just not thrilled.

Ok, so how do I change that little chicken down there. I want him to walk! I went to user CP and couldn't figure it out.

Thanks! Gina

I think 6 pounds is great!! That's about what I lost for the whole month of Jan.

To change the chicken, go to User CP, click on "edit signature," then you need to go to the box which contains the code; it's called "edit signature". On the second line, called [img], you will need to manually change the third number.

Congrats!!

sf40: thank you! I would have never figured that out!

Clareh: it is. I think I was a little down yesterday and focusing on the negative. I feel better now that the little chick below is moving! Gina

Default Congrats!

6 lbs is great! I started on January 23rd, and I am down 9 lbs. I can't believe that I lost so quickly! I know that it will slow down, so I've got to hang in there.

Hi - I finished Wave 1 and only lost 3 lbs. I think maybe since I was doing ww for awhile & was eating pretty healthy it was low. Any thoughts.

I was thinking maybe I should do Wave 1 again - your help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Bandit, you might be right. You probably don't have as bad of habits as some of us do so your weight loss might be more like the people who are in wave 2.

Also, you might not have as much to lose as some of the people who report bigger losses.

My 6 pounds (8 now) has been from January 9th. I think it is a little slow but I guess I don't have a while lot to lose (although I think it is!) Gina
