I got really sick of trying to get enough veggies while eating low-carb. It seems from browsing the threads in this forum that there are a lot of low-carb refugees here.

I read enough about the diet in a couple of women's magazines to intrigue me, so I bought the book yesterday & I have to say I like what I see.

love the pull-out guide. I took it to the Commissary with me.

I like that I can send it to work with my husband tomorrow for him to use as a guide. I am absurdly fond of the visual plate breakdowns.
One thing sort of different that I'm doing is starting in Wave Two, since I'm breastfeeding. Hubby's starting there with me since his calorie needs are so high. I'm definitely looking forward to cereal and milk again. I'm such a doof, I don't know why I was trying a WOE I didn't much like.
