*rubbing eyes* Morning kids. Look how early weezle got on here. I'm freshly out of bed. I hope it will be a good day. Supposed to be 57 and sunny, and it's jeans-day at work! Wahoo!

Slept pretty well last night minus having to pee twice. No dreams. Just straight sleep. That's the kind I like.

Well, I need to get in the shower and get a move on so I can go to that hellhole, I mean lovely job. Talk to you all later!

I shouldn't be this peppy and perky today.. Schatzi's evil twin Yatzi took over my body and brain yesterday.. I haven't had a completely outta control day like I had yesterday..I simply was hungry all day long and ate like a PIG ... It was pitiful! I tell ya, just horrific.... And I am feeling Fat-tastic!

The Cawfee Pot is a brewin my favorite blend of Hight Test ...Much to do today!

Cool

I LOVE Fridays! Happy Friday to everyone. I have an extra interest in Friday's because it means I can go home!! My husband and I live in NW Arkansas but I work in Oklahoma (wildlife biologist jobs are REALLY hard to come by) so during the week I stay in OK at my work then I go home on weekends. It sucks being away from DH so much - but it is a better situation than we had 4 months ago - he was living in AR and I was working in Miami, FL. Now that was one **** of a commute. So when I found a job only 100 miles away from him, I jumped on it!!! He is finishing school so can't be mobile quite yet.
Anyway - I just want to share my excitement about going home today
One good thing about staying here during the week is that I can eat OP all the time! I work in the middle of nowhere with no stores or tempting food around so I just bring the food I plan for the week and have no choice but to eat it.

Good morning!

I think I'm over the hump on my sleep problem. I woke at 6:40 this morning. Of course, the Girls want to get up then too so my morning schedule has changed a bit.

It's darn cold out there but beautifully bright and sunny. The bluejay and cardinal have already been at the feeder, I've got a wee fire in the stove and Hershey and Lucy are curled into big fluff balls at either end of the couch.

Candice comes to clean this morning which will do my Martha soul good. I'm still dealing with sorting and pitching the stairwell shelves but today it should be over. If the nice weather holds, I'll go visit Harry this afternoon. He probably thinks I've left him!

So.....TGIF, Beach Beauties!

Good morning, Chicks~~

I think I'm finally getting rid of this cold. Residual gunk, but not feeling "bad" anymore.

Still no job, but I'm not fretting. Went over the budget and as long as we don't do anything extra, we'll be fine for as long as my UIB last. Hopefully, I'll have a job long before they run out!

I'm meeting with Miss Mary at 11:00, so I need to sit down and read two chapters of her manuscript (that actually went to Mexico with me and came back completely untouched!). Shhh! Don't tell!

I also have laundry to do today. Ugh! And dishes. Double Ugh! For some reason, my dh thinks that just because I'm around the house all day, I should actually do something constructive. How mean is THAT????

Yaaaaay, it's Friday! I've spent the morning multi-tasking, and almost was late to Curves. That wouldn't have been all that bad, but we're in a special challenge and winning so far, so if I wouldn't have shown up some people would have come looking for me! Right after that I stopped for some groceries, and I have my last load of laundry in the washer right now. I have to run back to the store, though, they overchanged me on the mozzerella! Looks like my kids have my weekend planned for me. DD is bringing over the baby to stay with us overnight, and tomorrow both DD and DIL want to use my house for their combination Longaberger/MaryKay open house parties. They said they'll do all the neccessary preparations and clean up after, so I won't have to do anything but enjoy myself. Right, we'll see. They are both notoriously late for everything, so I'm sure I'll probably get an SOS call. Oh well, it should be fun, and it will be something to do. I'm making spagetti and meatballs for supper tonight, I'll have mine on spagetti squash with a salad.

I made the chocolate chip cookies yesterday using this recipe http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/showthread.php?t=70013 that was posted by surfer376. They were really good even using half Smart Balance and half applesauce. I don't WANT to know how many calories though with all the chocolate chips. But they will be perfect for me to have a couple tomorrow at the Pinewood Derby when everyone else is eating regular cookies (and hot dogs and nachos). I'm bringing a lunchbag with lots of veggies and OP food so I won't feel tempted. And I have volunteered for every time that Brian doesn't race so I will be busy.

Tonight is the Derby trials. It should be lots of fun.

Default Morning

I hate Fridays. I don't want to be at work. I do get to get off at 4:30 on Fridays (big whoopteedo!). I don't have much to say. I went to my buns/abs class last night. It was okay. Some of the stuff was so hard that I could hardly do it. Tonight I'm taking DH out to eat to a pretty fancy Mongolian Grill tonight where you get to pick your meat, veggies, and oils/or sauces. It will be nice cause there should be several choices that I can eat. Maybe we'll go to a movie, too. Are there any good ones out? Tomorrow night we're going to a rodeo. Yeeha!
See ya chickees later!

Hello y'all.
Well, got my paperwork done this morning for tax time. DH is self employed, so have to keep tight records. Got all the figures together, and just waiting for the 1099s to come in. I sure miss getting refunds. Don't like having to pay every year. Oh, well, money during the year is nice. It allows me to stay home.
The scale was very nice this morning, not offical weigh in until tues. night. but, I went under 270. Haven't been there for a long time. I think I will make getting to 250 my next goal. I almost hit my 10% loss.
Not much to get done today. I clean on fridays, so house is clean for the weekend.
Everyone have a great OP day.

Holy cow - is it Friday already? <rubs eyes and forehead> I'm still up doing homework - haven't been to bed yet, so it still feels like Thursday to me (despite having already seen DH off to work).

It's a good thing I can get by without a lot of sleep - and it's a really good thing I planned ahead and had a nap yesterday afternoon!

Have a good day, chickies!

Demeter - I *love* Mongolian grill restaurants! I just skip the rice and the sweet sauces and load up on veggies. Mmmm!
