First off congrats on your weight lost, that itself is a great acomplishment, but your goal weight sounds low.... how tall are you? Make sure your goal is to be healthy.... not sticks and bones.
What kind of support are you looking for?
what I have noticed is that this site if full of different ways to help. Me I like having a buddy that I have to answer to .... someone to tell what I have had to eat each day and what kind of activities I have done..... someone (un like my husband!!!) that cares!!!! I find that if you have to admit to someone else that you cheeted and had a candy bar, you are less likely to do it..... i dont know, just my theory.
other gals here make challenges for eachother ( which is a really good idea) you should check them out!
